About the service
Manifesto provides removal of non-consensual content, search engine de-indexing, image monitoring and extortion response. Scope, timelines and pricing for each case are defined in an individual proposal before engagement.
Commitments and limits
We act on recognized legal grounds (LGPD, DMCA, GDPR and platform policies). Timelines shown on the site are real operational averages, not absolute guarantees: each platform has its own response flows. When a specific result is not technically feasible, we tell you before you hire us.
Client responsibilities
You declare that the information provided is truthful and that you are the person depicted in the content (or their legal representative). The service may not be used to censor legitimate content, journalism or legally protected criticism.
Confidentiality
Every case is handled under strict confidentiality. No client information is disclosed, used in marketing or shared with third parties outside service execution.
