Who we are
Manifesto (the digital reputation division of Manifesto da Marca) provides content removal and image protection services. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use this site and our services.
Data we collect
We collect only what is needed to serve you: contact data (name, phone, email) provided voluntarily via WhatsApp or forms; case data (links, reference images) provided by you for service execution; and basic technical browsing data (pages visited, device) to improve the site.
How we use data
Case data is used exclusively to execute the contracted service — mapping, notifying and removing content. We never sell, share or use your data for any other purpose. Processing follows LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, GDPR.
Confidentiality and security
We work with NDAs, encrypted communication and restricted access. Reference images are stored encrypted and used only to locate and remove the content in your case. At the end of the contract you may request definitive deletion of everything.
Cookies
We use only cookies essential to the site's operation and aggregated audience metrics, with no cross-site tracking and no sale of data to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via contato@manifestodamarca.com. We respond within 15 days.
